lTransfer Admission
l Penn State-Altoona considers students who have enrolled in 18 or more college credits to be  transfer students.   Students must be in good academic (GPA of 2.0)  and social standing  to be considered for admission.   Students with fewer than 30 academic credits maybe required to submit high school transcripts and test scores.
l
l The maximum number of credits transferable from a community college varies.  Only courses in which the student has earned a C or better will transfer.
l
