I. Student Schedule
9:15-9:50 am Students arrive and set up projects in Gymnasium
9:45-9:50 am Chaperone/Teacher Orientation in Gym
10:00- 10:50 am SESSION I
11:00-11:50 am SESSION II
Noon-12:50 pm SESSION III
1:00-1:40 pm ASSEMBLY, College Theater in College Center
1:30-2:00 pm Students take down projects, winners will have ribbons on projects
2:00 pm Students depart
After event County Supervisors will receive certificates for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners as well as special award certificates, for distribution through schools.
II. Judges Schedule
9:15-9:30 am Judges arrive, gather in S-68, refreshments provided
9:30-9:50 am Judge’s Orientation in S-68
10:00- 10:50 am JUDGING SESSION I (HS, some MS)
11:00-11:50 am JUDGING SESSION II (MS)
Noon-12:50 pm Open time for extra Judging if needed
Before 12:30 pm Judges compile winners, submits results.
11:30-1:00 pm LUNCH, location TBA
