University of Maryland, Eastern Shore

University of Maryland, Eastern Shore is a potential transfer university for Allegany College of Maryland students.  Although most of our liberal arts courses transfer  to UMES and many of our transfer programs relate well to majors at UMES, students are encouraged to enroll in the University Studies program.  Many students choose to begin their college experience in a small community college setting and then transfer to UMES.
