Goal of the Honors Program The Honors Program at Allegany College of Maryland provides enhanced educational opportunities for qualified students. Allegany College of Maryland Honors Program is a participating member of the National Collegiate Honors Council and subscribes to the precepts of an Honors Education advocated by the National Collegiate Honors Council. The Allegany College of Maryland Honors Program is a member of the Northeast Collegiate Honors Council and the Maryland Collegiate Honors Council. INFORMATION
