STATE FINANCIAL AID PROGRAMS

The ACM Student Financial Aid Office participates with several State Higher Education agencies to provide additional financial aid resources for our students.

MARYLAND RESIDENTS
Maryland residents attending ACM are eligible for a plethora of state aid funding, but must complete the FAFSA before March 1.  Students should consult the Maryland Higher Education website for all the application and program details. IMPORTANT: ACM must have a copy of the student's FAFSA results before any Maryland State aid will be paid.

Special Tuition Rates for Statewide and Health Manpower Shortage Programs

PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS
Pennsylvania State Students who complete the FAFSA by May 1 will be considered for a Pennsylvania State Grant, called PHEAA State Grant.  Amounts vary depending on which campus the student attends.  Students taking all of their classes at one of the Pennsylvania campuses will receive the highest amount of the grant.  Likewise, students taking the majority of their credits, if full time, at one of the Pennsylvania campuses will be considered full time at that campus and also receive the higher amount. Students enrolled for six to nine credits may be eligible for a partial award. Students should consult the PHEAA State Grant web site for additional information on how to apply.  www.pheaa.org
