between Allegany County, Maryland, tuition rates and the regular out-of-county Here’s how it works: Statewide Programs at Allegany College of Maryland include*: Automotive Technology Health Manpower Programs at Allegany College of Maryland include: Basic Medical Transcription See the Allegany College of Maryland home page for more information on these programs! The list of eligible programs changes frequently for both the statewide and health manpower shortage programs. Please contact the Admissions/Registration Office for details and information concerning the current list of eligible programs. The statewide program must be unavailable at the student's local community college, or if available, the program must be unavailable due to the program meeting or exceeding enrollment capacity. This restriction does not apply to the health manpower shortage programs. * - The Statewide Designated Program must be unavailable at the student's local community college or, if available, the program must be unavailable due to the program meeting or exceeding enrollment capacity.
