• Student Fee per semester hour (Main Campus): $2.00

• Technology Fee per semester hour (maximum $32.00): $4.00
• Placement Test (first-time students only): $15.00
• Orientation Fee (first-time Freshmen only): $ 4.00

• Transcripts (official copy): $ 2.00
• Automotive Technology Tool Deposit:$20.00

• Departmental Challenge Examination: $25.00
• Breakage Deposits: required for certain courses; check course description.
• Books and Supplies: Students may determine exact charges for specific courses by contacting the Bookstore.

Special insurance fees ranging from $1.00 to $10.00 are required for certain programs. These fees will be added to the student's account at registration.

Allegany College of Maryland accepts Visa/Master card payments through the Web. To make a credit card payment online, click the Web Payment System link above. Read the instructions page prior to entering payment data. After submitting your payment, VeriSign Payment Services will approve your request and send necessary payment information to the College’s billing server. Please allow two (2) business days for the billing server to process your online payment. Our Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and college closings. A statement will be mailed once the payment has been applied. An online statement can be viewed by logging in through Student Web Services. Following completion of your online payment, an email will be sent to the email address entered on the payment form which contains the details of your transaction. Keep this email to document your web payment.

Allegany College of Maryland is pleased to offer FACTS e-Cashier by FACTS Management Company. Through FACTS e-Cashier you will be able to arrange for monthly payments of your account balance or pay in full IMMEDIATELY . FACTS e-Cashier will allow you to make payment(s) by automatic payments from your checking or savings account or by credit card. The nonrefundable enrollment fee to budget payment(s) through FACTS is $25.00 per Semester or $2.00 for Full Payment (PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY). The nonrefundable enrollment fee for automatic payments from your bank account or credit card will be processed within 14 days of your FACTS agreement being posted to the FACTS system. All tuition and fee charges are payable to Allegany College by the first day of the semester in order to avoid finance charges. For courses starting after the beginning of the semester, payment is due on the first day of classes. Statements will be sent monthly and a finance charge will be applied to the unpaid balance. Payments deferred in anticipation of an approved scholarship or other approved third party funding, such as financial aid, will not be subject to finance charges.
