By clicking on the button this takes you to the Microsoft Windows Update page. In order to find out what Windows products need upgrading click on the button that say's "Scan for updates" as seen in the screen capture below.

Once Windows automatically scans your computer it will give you a list of the programs and service packs that you can download. Click on the "Install Now" button and a window will open up that will download and install the programs to your computer. You might be asked to Restart your computer once it finishes downloading.
