Scholarships

Allegany College of Maryland has approximately 350 scholarships that are available to students. Additionally, there are several scholarships available only to students enrolled in forestry programs, including:

Financial Aid
Financial aid in the form of scholarships, grants, and loans is available to students taking at least six credit hours. The aid is based on financial need.
With the aid of federal funds, the college is able to provide employment opportunities on campus. Eligibility is based upon financial need and is determined by the Financial Aid Office. Work during the academic year may be from three to fifteen hours per week.
