| Forestry Students and Student Housing The Forest Technology Program is a very time consuming curriculum. There are a lot of outdoor lab exercises and consequently many group lab reports. Forestry Students tend to eat, live, and learn together. Forestry Students are part of a true “learning community”. Students spend evenings studying in the library, playing and exercising in the gym, or working on projects in the Smouse Sustainable Forest Resources Lab. These locations are a convenient five-minute walk to the Willowbrook Woods suites.
It is strongly suggested that forestry students living at Willowbrook Woods Student Housing share suites with other forestry students that are at similar academic levels.
Upon registration for student housing it is encouraged that students request living quarters with other forestry students.
The forestry instructors work closely with the Resident Advisor(s) and Director of Student Housing to promote a healthy and productive living and learning environment.
