Tim was an in-patient psychiatric social work at the
Springfield Hospital Center from 1975-79. He then transferred to the
psychiatric staff at the Thomas B. Finan Center in Cumberland, MD as the
Transitional Coordinator from 1979-83.
He then joined the outpatient psychiatric staff at the Allegany County
Mental Health Clinic until he joined the faculty at Allegany College of
Maryland in 1989. He is a part-time
consultant -therapist at the Allegany County Addictions and Mental Health
clinics. Tim has co-authored with Bill O’Hanlon a book entitled
“Solution-Oriented Therapy for Chronic and Severe Mental Illness”.
